What is myEZ Car Care?
myEZ Car Care is a program to help Members properly maintain their vehicles and vehicle records while saving money on vehicle maintenance, rental cars, hotels, vacations and more.  Our premium plan (VIP Plus Roadside) also includes a Roadside Assistance benefit for the entire family.

Does myEZ Car Care offer multiple programs?
Yes, we offer the following:
VIP Plan Offers members discounts at over 10,000 vehicle maintenance providers in the USA and Canada as well as rental car and hotel discounts worldwide at over 10,000 locations and discounts at over 200,000 vacation locations.  Additionally members receive the exclusive Electronic Glove Box®, an internet based service that sends reminders, maintains all vehicle records and much more.  A mobile app is also available putting Member vehicle information and records at their finger tips 24/7.
VIP Plus Roadside Offers all the benefits of the VIP Plan PLUS adds RoadSide Assistance benefits that include Towing, Jump Start, Tire Repair, Fluid Delivery and Lock-out Assistance for the entire family.

Where do Members get discounts?
We've negotiated national fleet discounts and myEZ Car Care Members receive discounts at over 10,000 vehicle maintenance service providers across the USA and Canada as well as thousands of locations for rental cars, hotels and vacations. To find vehicle service providers near you click here and enter your zip code and it will map the nearest maintenance locations. What services receive discounts?
All services at our participating vehicle maintenance providers receive discounts every day. No need for coupons or waiting for a sale. When you need vehicle services, you can and should get it done immediately to protect your safety & investment. Rental car and hotel/vacation reservations receive discounts at participating locations every day.

What's the discount amount?
We've negotiated national fleet discounts for our members so you receive the discounts that the "Big Boys" get. These are real and serious discounts that can save you hundreds of dollars.  Vehicle service discounts vary by service provider and market and some even give free services to our members such as a free oil change, car wash or other service.   Click here to find the discounts in your area. Discounts on rental cars and hotels/vacations vary depending on location and time of booking and typically range from 10% to 30%.  Log in to your account by clicking here and then click on the appropriate tab to find your discounts and/or make reservations.

What's the Electronic Glove Box®?
The Electronic Glove Box® is myEZ Car Care’s branded internet portal and is a “one stop shop” for all vehicle information, service reminders, discounts and more.  It is accessible from any internet device and from a smart phone using our mobile app.  View demo 

What's the Mobile App?
The mobile app is our member's connection to the Electronic Glove Box from their smart phone or tablet giving 24/7 access to all their vehicle information and to a digital version of their member card. View demo

What if I have several vehicles?
No problem, your membership allows you to add up to 4 vehicles. We encourage you to add all family vehicles as the whole idea of the membership is to help you have a safer, more efficient, economical and enjoyable vehicle ownership experience. To add vehicles, just login to your account and click on Add a Vehicle. Even if you have a business fleet we have plans that allow you to add more vehicles. Just Contact Us to get set up.

What's the cost?
Cost depends on the plan and term selected.  Click on Become a Member to view the current Plans and Terms available.

What if I want to give myEZ as a Gift OR Employee Appreciation for my staff OR as a Fund Raiser for my organization?
Great idea, as many of our Members have asked for this. Just click on Partnering Opportunities to learn more. Our Programs are great for college students and the entire family to help maintain their vehicles and save money on maintenance, rental cars and hotels. From any desktop with internet access, you can manage the entire family fleet.

Do you ever add new features and benefits?
Absolutely. We continually add new service providers and discount partners that fit our car care and travel programs. Our web site is updated continually with these new benefits so check back often.

How many membership cards do I receive?
One membership card is issued in the name of the enrolling member. Additional cards may be requested at a cost of $3/card to cover postage/handling. An activated myEZ Car Care mobile app on your smart phone also has an electronic version of your membership card.

When will my membership be activated?
Memberships are activated immediately upon purchase except that Roadside Assistance benefits, if any, will be activated after 5 business days.

When will I receive my membership card?
You will receive your membership card within 1-2 weeks after purchase.

How do I become a member?
Simply purchase your membership online with a credit card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted or go to a participating Credit Union and they can sign you up.
